I liked the color and design for my female dog. It was true to size. It's a bit flimsy; if we'd left her alone for very long she would be able to destroy it easily. (If your pet is the destructive type, I wouldn't recommend this type carrier.)

This crate is OK, it will suit my purposes well enough, but there are things that need improvement. It doesn't come with instructions, luckily putting it together is easy enough, but folding it back up to fit in the case is difficult. Adding a video to the listing could make that easier. My biggest complaint is the channel for the poles. They are almost not wide enough at the opening to fit the poles (one corner I almost was unable to get at all, but eventually it fit in). Because it is so tight, pulling the pole out is extremely difficult because the pole just separates in the middle. Wider opening + a locking mechanism for the center of the pole, as simple as a twist, would make this a 5 star product. ... show more

Ordered a large travel/collapsible kennel and it arrived in a timely fashion. Unfortunately the poles sent with it were for a small kennel. It would be fine if our dog just slept in it, but she would have to crawl in under the collapsed sides. The kennel is supposed to be 26-30 inches tall, the poles they sent were 14 inches. ... show more

Unless someone has a help, not impressed with this product at all. Tries to recoil into original shape. Yes, could stake down if using outdoor. This was for indoor use. Will be glad to update if given fix advice.

I board dogs and typically do kennel free unless their is one that I can't trust to leave out when I run an errand. Those who countersurf, get into something and chew it up, or Not housebroken, etc. The metal crates are heavy and hard to store. I saw this and ordered it as it looked like it would be lightweight and easy to store. Which it is. That is the Pros Cons: will not work for an aggressive chewier or anxious dog who would try to chew to escape. They could easily chew their way thru while I was gone. So know your dog. The medium holds two small dogs, Medium dog would be able to just lay down. It would not be able to carry the dog in the crate, There were no instructions. The two part metal with elastic cords holding them together fit easily into each other. Tight pockets at the corners of the crate are there to hold these poles and keep the crate full height and not collapsing. Remember how you take the crate and parts out of the canvas bag. I didn't and had a hard time figuring out how to get it back in the bag. I think I might have broken something trying to get it rotated back into original pop out configuration. Since the corner pockets are tight the poles come a part when trying to pull them out. This is going to be a weak design point as the elastic cord can only stretch so far so many times. Star Rating System (What do my star ratings mean?): 1 STAR - Completely unusable, would request a refund 2 STAR - Meets minimum viable product requirements, wouldn't purchase it again 3 STAR - It does what it should, but in a non-spectacular way, I may recommend it, but definitely with reservations 4 STAR - I like it. It is solid quality and delivers as advertised, I would purchase it again and recommend it to a friend 5 STAR - I love it. It meets or exceeds all of my expectations and is high quality, I would purchase it again and would openly promote it to friends As an Amazon Vine Member, I give honest reviews, whether or not it is a good one or a bad one.
