I use it as both a computer desk and a workspace for electronics, woodworking, and metalworking. It handles more wear and tear than what I'd consider typical use, so while it's great for the price, it may not last well under frequent heavy use. I recently accepted an "at home" position and needed a longer desk. This desk is sturdy and so easy to put together. There is no bending in the middle and it does not wobble. I really wish I could give this product five stars, It is high-quality took me less than 30 minutes to assemble, Feels very stable and it is a very comfortable height, all the labeling and everything for the instructions was very helpful. The appearance of it looks very good. The only reason that I couldn’t give it five stars is because in the pictures I couldn’t really tell that there was a lip around the bottom of the desk, So some monitor clamps might not work with this desk, but I got lucky that Mine did. (The lip I was talking about is shown in 2nd picture) Overall I could easily give this product a 4/5 stars! I hope this review helped😉 ... show more

I've had this desk for around 2-3 months now and its great, I have one complaint which I will touch on in a moment. I have enjoyed the quality of this desk since I received it and I am satisfied with my purchase...mostly. My one and only gripe about this desk is the depth. Now I understand it was my fault for not checking beforehand, which is why im giving this an honest 5 star review because this is the only downside. Being a 55x20in desk this is alright for casual desk needs, however if youre looking for a lot of space in arms reach, maybe look into a different size. Aside from my own fault, this desk is very recommendable for an affordable office desk or general purpose table, keep in mind this desk can start to get a little sketchy if you put more than 30-35 pounds towards the front, the desk can tend to bend in the front, however the back with the reinforced bars helps keep it sturdy and hold weight more towards the back where the majority of its going to be anyways. Just something to keep in mind if you're interested in purchasing this desk. This desk was easy to put together with just myself and in a small-ish room. The box kept everything inside and there was no damage when I received it, I was very satisfied with that. As other reviews mention, the instructions are very cut and dry and straightforward. I've had this desk for a while now and have to say it is one of the best pieces of furniture I've ever bought. When I first bought it I didn't think it was all that sturdy but it has held up many breakdowns, moves, and different uses. It held my entire setup comfortably with just one monitor and my PC on top. Then held up well with a dual monitor arm setup (with help from a 2x4 for extra support) and is now being used as a changing table. I've used it in a lot of different spaces and it has a nice size the only thing you could say is that it could be a bit deeper in width but only by a few inches honestly. ... show more

Product arrived damaged on the corner despite what appeared to be very good packaging with no outer damage. With how they have you assemble it, you don't turn it over and see the top/corners until the end. It is not just bumped, it's bubbling. After seeing the damage, I decided not to return it because I didn't want to disassemble and repackage it. I placed it where I wanted it to line up with two other previously purchased 55" computer desks (that are unfortunately no longer available) and it is a full inch shorter than advertised. If it wouldn't be more trouble than it is worth, I would definitely return this and choose something else. All in all, very disappointed. ... show more
