The coffee table itself is sturdy and beautiful! However, the hardware included sucks, holes weren’t drilled, & the instructions didn’t even mention the top of the coffee table. Luckily, my husband is pretty handy and was able to use longer screws and drill the needed holes to make sure it was plenty sturdy. ... show more

In the package was extra pieces I didn't need, there were lots of pieces and hardware missing, and a few that were also mislabeled.

    • Attractive and sturdy coffee table that won’t disappoint once together, but beware of the assemble.

The coffee table by MinimaDecor is a very nice, solid piece of furniture. It looks even better than expected and should hold up rather well. If you’re looking for a great coffee table and like the look, this one is worth your consideration. What I like best: I. Solid – This coffee table come ready to build into a strong, good looking table. It’s quite heavy, highlighting why it’ll be so solid after it’s built. II. Looks – The top looks very nice and exceeds the appearance of most tables in this price range. It has a traditional oak look that is fairly true to nature. III. Middle Shelf – The middle shelf is solid providing a lot of space to tuck things away and not be seen easily, because the line of sight is stopped by the top from most angles. However, if you want to add decorations you can put them around the edge to be seen easily. IV. Longevity – The solid materials mentioned earlier will no doubt equate to a long life of service that should stand up to some pretty tough treatment, aside from the white paint. The paint looks like it should hold up too, but time will have to be the judge of that one. Things to consider: My only negative so far was the assemble and luckily you only have to do that once. The instructions are terrible and should be completely redone, I’ll never figure out why any companies wouldn’t pay whatever it takes to get a good set of instruction. If you have a hard time putting things together with good instructions, you may need some help on this one. If you are good with picture only instructions or have an ability to just figure it out, you’ll get this one without too much trouble, don’t worry about it. The package is heavy at 70 pounds, so if that will be a problem for you, plan accordingly and line up help. Overall, my only negatives are easily overshadowed and forgotten, once it’s assembled and looking good in your living room. If you like the look on the screen and want a heavy, solid piece that will last, this one will make you smile and feel like you made a good choice. Really great looking coffee table for my living room. Was very easy to put together once you understood the pattern. I was able to install the matching end table without the instructions. The instructions had a few pieces mislabled but again, once you really sit down and look at it, it'll make sense. To put together this table you use these pegs, at first I was concerned how sturdy it would be but they're essentially like rivets or dry wall screws. Once you lock them in they clamp inside and hold tightly. I'm able to lift the whole table without it falling apart, and I've even sat on the table and haven't even felt a wobble although I still don't plan to make that a habit. The finish on all surfaces is pretty nice although I haven't tested the water repellent capabilities on it just yet, but from cup sweat and quick wiping it doesnt seem like it's going to be an issue. It's also a perfect fit in my living room area which is 7x5ft. Everyone on the couch has easily reach to the table. Really great looking coffee table, the top isn't one piece so if that bothers you look elsewhere but for now I am fine with it and really like it! ... show more

This table is absolutely beautiful, it’s heavy duty and very sturdy. The instructions are very skimpy, for the most part I was putting it together just from the images alone. I also had to drill my own holes in the legs on the tables seeing how there wasn’t any on there, luckily I had a power drill. I had to place my second tier on the floor since I was putting it together by myself. The table itself is beautiful and I still would recommend it to something. ... show more
