I do like the insulated coffee mug. I got the 17 oz. It does say in fine print on the bottom of the mug, that it is not microwavable, hand wash only, and stainless steel vacuum mug. It does stay hot and it never leaks if properly tightened. Since my Keurig machine holds 6, 8,10 and 12 oz, I usually fill it up to the maximum of 12 oz and add a 4 oz of cold water and it's just perfect to drink immediately. I like the gripper around the middle and it makes it easier to carry. I like to take this outside on the patio and not worry about it falling out of my hand. I’ve been using this 12oz Insulated Coffee Travel Mug for a few weeks now, and I’m genuinely impressed by how well it performs. The vacuum insulation works exactly as advertised – hot drinks stay hot for hours, and cold drinks stay cold even longer. It’s perfect for my morning coffee or afternoon iced tea. Even after leaving it in my car for a couple of hours, my coffee was still steaming hot when I got back. This level of insulation is rare in travel mugs at this price point, and it definitely delivers. The only things I wasn’t thrilled about were the color and the lid design – they aren’t exactly my style. However, these are minor details that likely won’t bother most people. The lid still functions well and doesn’t leak, which is what matters most. Great size, feel, and insulation. Tight seal. Actually knocked it off a countee, landing on carpet, but didn't spill even a drop. Probably gonna get 1-2 more in the future for rotation. Does say hand wash only. I have put it through the wash machine once with no issue.

So far in really like this mug. It keeps my coffe pipping hot 🔥 for hours. By about the third hour, if I am busy it very warm but still enjoyable. I have left it for longer but it was lukewarm. My point is I like it but I don't see it keep my coffee pipping hot longer than 2.5 hours. But because I usually drink it in a timely manner I enjoy hot hot it stays during the initial time. Also I enjoy the fact that it's got a wide mouth, easy to clean no coffee stains you can't get to. ... show more

    • A little fiddly to seal but does the job

This cup for me was an "almost", which was a pity because there are some great things about it especially for the low price. Firstly - its total capacity is 380ml, so you can get a 12 oz drink and still screw the lid on. Not every barista is going to fill up to just under the threaded part, but for those who are observant enough to, that's convenient. Secondly - the size and grippy silicone band are comfortable to hold and it fits into a cup holder too. Thermal performance is so-so, I drink my coffee in about an hour or so and it does OK with keeping it warm. However, there are several drawbacks to its usability too: Firstly - the lid, although threaded, is rather fiddly to close securely. The silicon band around the lid got slightly loose in less than a week and that makes it hard to seal it in just so. This is the main feature that lost stars for me on both the Leak Proof and Value for Money aspects. Secondly - It's top heavy, although in a large part that will happen with a cup of this size that is sized to go into car cup holders. The base has a rubberized spot to make it grippier, but because the lid adds to the weight up top, it's not as stable as a wider-bottomed design. I've toppled it before by accident with disastrous results. In short - it'd be a serviceable car mug, not necessarily a great desk one. ... show more
