  • Easy to use and it works great.
The video demonstrating how to use the product for different types of repairs was great. I repaired a rip in the seat of my husband’s Mercedes that a valet did. And a rip on the door from our son’s hockey stick. Both repairs are holding up very well and the color is a perfect match :)

  • Alright, not for everyone.
OVERVIEW: Good. The description matches the product and they are rather supportive within the given messages they have; however, this is not for the faint hearted. It takes time to cure, and requires skill (albeit menial) to execute properly. Best advice is to apply this stuff with patience, in good lighting, with a friend that has an affinity for color matching. Also make sure you color match to already conditioned sections of the leather you are trying to repair, as this will not necessarily darken as much when compaired to the actual leather. EASE OF USE: It is rather simple enough conceptually, and that is the only thing easy thing about this. Everything is about the process, and for the most part, A few additional notes that they left out of the instructions could be added, such as do not only use the brush provided to apply the solution. It leaves way too much for the thin coat needed, removing the texture from the seat. Patience is key only with waiting for it to dry so additional coats may be applied (again, keep it as thin as possible). Also, it would be helpful if there were a possible solution to remove possible mistakes, but that is just wishful thinking. If you are able to catch your mistakes within 24 hrs, you may have the ability to remove some of it with isopropyl alcohol. QUALITY/COLOR: The quality of the composition is good, and is rather durable. A key note that would have been helpful is that this does not change color like the leather does when conditioned. This is a mistake I have made, and have had to go to further lengths to correct the color (more details in the experience section). Be sure to color match to the already conditioned leather and not the bare leather that is needed to apply the product. Also be sure to have adequate lighting, as this is key. PERSONAL EXPERIENCE: My friend’s new car was lacerated by a stray knife in someone’s pocket. There was a slice about 1” long, and 0.5” cut fully through, as well as a few shallow scratches. I first prepped the leather with isopropyl alcohol, which lightened the leather. After pushing the mesh under the hole, I mixed the compounds to match the untreated leather, and applied it to the hole just enough to mend the cut. After that was dry, I applied a couple thin layers to complete and blend cut into the surrounding areas. I also repaired some of the lighter scratches at this stage. After it was all done, I retreated the leather, and realized the mistake I have made; the repaird areas were several shades lighter than the surrounding leather. No ammount of alcohol would remove the mistake, so I had to just continue putting on more than planned pure black compound. In the end, it worked to an extent, but the texture was a bit mudded. CONCLUSION: Only would recommend to someone with prior experience and the kit works rather well. ... show more

  • Works well and great support
I used it to repair the top on my vinyl topped card table. It was easy to use and rendered excellent results. They even offer me an in-house contact to help me get professional results.

  • It was ok
It’s easy to apply but it’s had to make it look like the original surface.

  • A great product that works!
Well I was so dissapointed that I damaged my drivers seat on my 2022 Toyota 4Runner. I deep scratches one area and somehow tore a small area with a zipper on my back pocket. I didn’t have much faith in a repair product but thought I would give it a try. I’m impressed with the outcome. It repaired both ares and it looks good. It’s not perfect due to the seats having cooling holes for the seat cooling but it looks great. I highly recommend this product! ... show more

  • Does the job
Does the job intended, there’s no weird smell. My Tesla steering wheel started to peel, the product was hid the peeling well enough to not trigger my OCD.

  • Works well
Worked fine. I did one application to fill the small hole and next day added a second layer to smooth it out. Can hardly see the repair even if looking for it

  • Great Product !
It's not often you buy something and then say "Oh wow, that really works !". This is one of those times. Nicely packaged, easy instructions and simple to use. I had a worn patch on my black leather car seat, it took about 3 minutes to fix and it's as good as new. Just follow the instructions, make sure you test a hidden bit of the seat first, alcohol can be problematic on leather. I used a tiny bit of 400 grit paper to clean around the edges. The fix is perfect, I waited a day and used leather cleaner on the whole seat, you can't see where the fix is. A great product, for a very reasonable price, highly recommended. ... show more
