This product arrived like other memory foam products, rolled into a bag. You have to let it sit out for 2-3 days. It comes in individual pieces so trying to figure out what piece goes into the backrest, armrests, folding parts was a pain. The two pieces that are cut at angles are for the folded parts. Once it was put together it was good to go. It is not very sturdy when opened. If the kid leans to one side it may lean also. I wish the product was made of a thicker & sturdier foam and that it already came assembled. ... show more

I have a 16 month old boy who absolutely loves this chair. He folds and unfolds it and climbs all over it. He even sits in it sideways. Very easy to clean which is a bonus
