The media could not be loaded. I really like this server book, but I don’t use a guest order pad. So finding paper to fit it is crazy. I buy the long memo pads from the dollar store. I tried cutting the card board to fit the slot. That became a chore. So now I just paper clip it. Oh and another thing…. Us left handed people need a lefty option. It’s meant for right handed people. I love this folder. OK, I know this was designed for waiters and waitresses to present their bill for food served, and it does that job with class. I bought it as a handbag size notes folder. I keep postage stamps, return address labels, post-it notes, business cards, a small notepad and a pen in mine. I can stash it in my purse on the go and quickly access these items as needed. Loved it! It's nice and slick with some added cushion. Also the corners are well protected which was exactly what I wanted! Only thing is that the pockets are not the stretch and may take sometime to loosen up. Other than that this item was well worth the purchase!
