However, these Coach loafers tick every box of comfort, style, durability, and elegance. From the moment they arrived, impeccably packaged and swiftly delivered, I knew I had made the right choice. Especially after my last pair of very pricey loafers turned out to be a painful disaster, these loafers have been a breath of fresh air. They are absolutely beautiful, well-made, and high-quality, showcasing versatile design that pairs seamlessly with jeans, pants, dresses, or skirts. These classy and elegant loafers have quickly become my go-to for any occasion. I ordered my usual size 8, and they fit perfectly. The craftsmanship is outstanding, featuring a luxurious combination of leather and raffia, a subtle 3/4" black heel, and the elegant signature hardware with gold 'C' on the front of the shoe. However, the true test came when I slipped them on and forgot they were there - no pain, no discomfort, just blissful comfort all day long. My only regret is currently experiencing difficulty adding photos to my review. Ordered for my wife. She hasn't used dress shoes in the past much in this style but mentioned the slippery bottom of the shoe and found it did not provide enough traction in the house. These Jolene loafers are absolutely beautiful! They are well made and look as polished in real life as they do in photos. The toffee leather is soft to the touch, with perfect stitch quality. They also fit true to size and are extremely comfortable to wear. I've been pairing them with my palazzo pants and work slacks and they look great together. These shoes are beautiful to look at and appear to be very well made. I've worn the same size shoe throughout my adult life and seldom if ever have a problem with a shoe that size fitting. I often order shoes online and when in a store don't always try them on first. I double checked these shoes to see if perhaps another size had been sent. I had to borrow my husband's shoe horn to get one on and tried to walk across a carpeted room. I couldn't take it off fast enough. The heel part was very uncomfortable, and the part across the top of my foot where the "C" is in the picture was vise-like. Interestingly, there was plenty of toe room, in fact, too much so. These look so stylish with the stunning indigo color and the contrast of the denim with the leather! Very versatile since they look professional for the office yet also can be casual for going out to dinner. My usual 7.5 size fits perfectly- I’m typically a 7.5 or 7 wide. Wearing socks helped wear them in comfortably, especially too since they are not breathable. They make a soft clop noise as you walk. There isn’t any traction so, I will avoid wet or slick ground until I can stick traction pads on the bottoms. ... show more
