The bag looked great, however, I wasn't satisfied with how it "sat" when I carried it. For example, the bag "spins" upside down when I'm carrying it and the items in the outside side pocket tend to fall out.

I agree with another reviewer- this bag flips upside down every so often/ side straps were built on this too low & thin, making it turn every so often. IF ONLY they would’ve put the straps higher up on the ends, this wouldn’t be an issue. Definitely not like other Coach bags I have, so makes me wonder if this is legit. ... show more

Excellent size and versatile colour! Ever since the recent Pandemic I use only the crossbody style bags when I do choose to carry a handbag. My arms and hands are free. It’s quite adequate to hold my important things such as a small bifold wallet, keys, extra small bottle of hand sanitizer, and cell phone in the zippered section. I reserve the outer compartment to fold and store a mask when I’m not wearing it... and ensures that I always have a mask in reserve. Excellent price. ... show more

This is clearly a genuine Coach product, however, the base is very slightly non-parallel, and the lining has large stitches and unimpressive fabric. Given that I paid ~$135 and it came with a label that said “$250 value” I assume it was made for Coach Outlet or something, and is made to slightly lower tolerances. All that said, the Coach hardware, leather stitching, and materials were all as expected for a Coach product. I would buy again. ... show more
