I was a little concerned about quality and durability, but knew that if I wasn't satisfied, I was able to make a return. Well, I'm here to tell you that this is a great little bag! It's not leather, a nice vinyl with nylon lining, and nice heavy-duty straps, plus it comes with a shoulder strap of the same material. So far I've used it as an overnight bag (with room to spare), which is convenient for the plane, and a day trip, with bottle bottles, lunch and snacks, as well as everyday use. I loved this bag for traveling and because I liked being hands free so much I’m going to switch this to be my regular daily purse. The hardest part was choosing a color, the reviews gave input but usually didn’t give the specific color they were reviewing. I ordered 4 because I couldn’t tell what color I wanted by the pictures and reviews. The two side pockets were big enough for a standard water bottle and a 2 pair glass case for my sunglasses and glasses. 2 inside pockets were helpful for small items. The front zipper was just enough for a lipstick, pen, & gum. The inside lining was a very nice quality look and feel and the zipper worked great. The “security” function of the bag is the zipper to the main pouch being located on the back. It would have been very difficult for someone to steal important items. So I would say the design is a successful security function. 1. Black- this is a matte color. It looks a little shinier in the online official pics, which would have been nice, but the color and feel is a good quality. I eventually chose this one. 2. Two-toned vintage brown shiny- I tried to show in the picture this has a strong orange tone. The fabric part of the straps were especially bronze orange. This has the nicest high end look, but the color was too orange for me. 3.Two toned vintage leather brown- This bag has a more rustic look like the old school aviator coats from the 1980’s. Is has a very casual look, very matte, but the non leather part of the strap was quite orange. 4 Brown- This was matte and looked fake like pleather. The matte works well on the black, but not as well on the solid brown. I think the matte would actually work on every color except the brown because you expect brown to look more like real leather. I do not carry a purse. I hate them. I’ve avoided them all my life. I am now 41 and I’d like to carry a few more items with me on a regular. I purchased this bag because it’s a backpack and not a purse. However, there is a strap you can attach that makes it seem like a purse. I’ve actually used it a couple of time. The color and quality of this bag is amazing. So gorgeous! I’ve used it every day since I’ve purchased it and find it stunning every time I go to pick it up. Rightly recommend! ... show more

I'm hooked on backpack purses ever since I got my first one a few years ago and Amazon has the best selection. Great for everyday use and excellent for traveling. I especially like the Cluci brand and have several styles and colors. This purse is a bit larger than I'd like but not by much so it's okay. I like the inner and outer pockets; the material, zipper, and construction seem sturdy; the shoulder straps are comfortable but they slip in their buckles since the strap fabric is smooth and kind of silky. The straps not staying in place where I adjust them in the biggest downside but I can deal with it. ... show more

I like it very much. I use it almost every day. It's not heavy like the one I had before. The color is nice and neutral, so it goes well with whatever color you're wearing.

The media could not be loaded. I got 3 similar backpacks: cluci, leather s-zone & CHERUTY. All were a bit bigger than I thought they’d be but I liked this one best for price, color, how it falls/wears (not stiff), doesn’t feel/look cheap. I love almost everything about it. BUT the main thing that’s SO annoying is the difficulty accessing. The main back zipper compartment only has 1 zipper pull… so it has one closed position. I use a drawstring backpack purse now and it’s so easy to get in/out of. I usually swing backpack bags to my L side so my dominant R arm can reach in but this bag is SO AWKWARD to have to reach all the way across the back of the bag to unzip/close at the top Left. It’s the worst placement & just feels wrong. See vid of me struggling lol Swinging to to my R feels even weirder. It’s easier to just remove the bag entirely, hold it/set it down & then put it back on which slows you down. I’m constantly going in/out of my bag so quick access is important. A 2nd zipper pull would make it so much easier. Also not a fan of the ‘L’ shape of the main compartment; it’d be way more versatile if it opened on 3 sides/extended down the left (w 2 zips lol) So while I do absolutely love the bag, I’m just not sure I can get past the weird compartment zipper/design issue. Cheruty might be my best option at this point although it smelled awful & I didn’t like the color as much :( but it does have 3 sided opening & 2 zipper pulls! Or maybe these type of bags aren’t for me lol ... show more

This backpack is great, it holds so much! I traveled with a few friends around Europe, and I had no issues with theft. I even went to Paris with this! I was never worried because the zipper is against my back. I highly recommend!! The color is also so cute for pictures, see image above!
