I took a trip to the ER for a gushing cut. I had this product at home first, but it wasn’t able to adhere due to the nonstop bleeding. The ER doctor used DermaBond skin glue. It was supposed to last several days, but it wore off that evening and the gushing resumed. I was able to stop the bleeding after about twenty minutes, so I tried this product again. It wasn’t easy to apply it to such a small area such as my thumb tip, but I was able to make it work. It wound up lasting several days. Now the gash that spanned across most of the tip of my thumb is almost too small to see. I’m so glad that I bought this product, because it saved me from going back to the ER for more skin glue. The constructive criticism I would give is that I’d like to see this product in a couple different sizes. I’d like to see a QR code (or another type of link) to a simple, instructional video for application in emergency situations. ... show more

My hubby cut his knee at a HIIT work out class. I thought we would have to go to the orthopedic doctor and a neighbor (Dr) suggested to look at this. I highly recommend these.

This product was great for replacing the medical steri strips that had fallen off early on my sons foot. The cut hadn’t healed all the way, so I needed something that would pull it together. Butterfly strips weren’t cutting it. I couldn’t get the skin to come together. These pulled everything tight and the cut healed up in no time. Expensive, but did a great job for my son. ... show more

Excellent product, used it to help secure a 3" long gash on my husbands calf that would have for sure needed stiches. Used the large closure device which he should have left on for about 10 days but he started picking at it until it came off around day 7. Then used the smallest, to keep the almost healed wound closed and to prevent it from reopening. Coming from a background in Triage and traumatic events, this product will close a large laceration 3-4 inches, flap or not, it will close. Great product whom ever invented, fast easy to apply, if you have tincture of benzoin - Big help in securing on both sides. I guess its prudent to mention, you do know this will save some ones life, otherwise your options are direct pressure continually, pressure dressings, which all are painful, continued blood loss, and cause circularity issues in surrounding areas. ... show more
