I’m not a hair expert by any means but I’ve worn clip in extensions on and off for 10yrs. If you are looking to add volume… get these! and if you have fine hair (like me!) …one pack will do! If you’re looking for LENGTH, you’ll need multiple packs, even with fine hair. But for the cost/price point, this is a good product. The color match was good! I probably will dye them as the brown has a reddish tone. Also worth noting, after unboxing extensions almost always look very thin. I find washing them makes them thicker. No idea why. OK, here it goes, I honestly did not understand hair extensions when I purchased this set. When I first wore these--I hated them and just wanted to send them back. I thought they were too thin and scraggly. In my first testimony I beleived they just made my thin hair look even more like a mullet NOW I believe this is a case of total user error on my end for not originally getting the results I wanted. I decided to keep them and play around with them for a bit. Keep in mind, what I wanted was to add more volume to my hair not length. I'll start with the length- this was my first mistake,I should have gone with a shorter length. I purchased the 18 inch set when the ideal length for me is probably 12" possibly 15" at the most. So keep this in mind when you are in the market for clip ins. Onto the volume of the clip ins, in hindsight I should have went for 120 g but I wanted them the same day and I could only get the 70g. The color of this set is EVERYTHING!!!! It matches my color/highlights perfectly!!! MY recommendation to you is to please look at my photos and see the difference a little bit of research will make. If you are new to the world of clip in hair do your research take your time and understand this is not something that you should apply if you are in a hurry! Take your time and you will love the results. I would still rather have the 12" set at 120g but I'm making this work and for the money I paid these are well worth their value. SEE Below for original IF you are wanting to purchase these, they are good buy for the price if the pieces were not so thin I would have given this a 5 star. The color is absolutely gorgeous and is a perfect match for me. I am learning the ways to use the pieces and when I clip them in, no mater where I position or how many I use, it simply looks like I have a mullet with super stringy, thin hair. I was looking to add some volume as my hair is fine/thin. I looked at alot of brands and chose these based on the price, colors and lengths offered and the number of clips included. To my surprise the color photos shown in the description are very accurate, my hair stylist was impressed we didn't have to color match them to my blonde! I've never used extensions before but these are very easy to use and seem to be a good quality! These extensions are simply put AMAZING for the price. I’ve been experimenting with different extensions for over six years now. I’ve worn all kinds but I’d say clip ins maybe only once when I was first starting out. Let me just say I was never fond of having to take extensions out and putting them in was even harder for me. The process of cutting, blending, and color matching was always too much for me, someone who doesn’t have hours to spend on doing my hair. These locks however blew me away. Not only did my hair color take extremely well on them, but they were so easy to put in, so much that I now actually see no problem with clipping them in and out on a daily basis. They are so soft and full, definitely double wefted. They stay in all day with a little teasing. I can barely feel tension on my head because they are extremely light weight. I love that I can wear them for hours and get no headache unlike with other methods I’ve tried. I was able to dye them pink to match my hair. They do not shed AT ALL which is a huge bonus. One thing to mention is when dying vivid colors, the thread on the wefts do remain the original color. This can however be fixed with some dye made specifically for synthetic fabrics. The hair is 100% human. I haven’t really perfected blending them in yet (I have a hime cut) but I am quickly getting used to placing them in properly, along with help of tutorials and such. I’m sure if you have experience with clip ins you can make these look fabulous and natural. This is my honest review 100% I loved them so much I ended up buying another pack to add more volume and length, considering my hair is on the thicker side as well. Overall, they were worth the price and literally I feel like it is my own hair growing out of my own head :) Worth it! ... show more
