Thou it's synthetic I liked them because they are still manageable and they are a perfect match to my hair color. Not bad For the price as I ordered a natural set along with this purchase and to be honest 5 pieces of natural hair combined are as as thick as one 2 clip extension from this synthetic... so you definitely get more volume in hair with this synthetic fiber than with natural. I love these clip ins! It is so easy to put in! I wore them for my son's birthday vacation. I wore them all day driving and another time all day at the Children's Space Museum. I think these are great for up to 3 wears! If you are wearing them all day. It was hot and humid out, so the weather had a big factor. The hair gets all natty and frizzy. Pleasantly surprised in these. Perfect match for my hair. I bought for an event to crest an up do with a donut. It was not perfect but it worked. I liked them enough to periodically wear to fill in my natural hair. I did end up cutting to use for everyday use but I do not use every day.
