As you can see from the pictures. The quality of the cushion is absolutely unacceptable for the price, it doesn't attach properly to the rocker at all points. Also the cushioning is so thin and flimsy that you might as well be sitting on a piece of cloth over wooden bars. Kids found it incredibly uncomfortable. Wood structure is decent so far, but with such poor customer service I would absolutely make a different choice if I had to buy it again. Over priced in every way ... show more

The wood structure itself is good quality and solid wood. What is not great quality is the cushion it comes with. It’s filled with some cheap synthetic fluff and you can definitely feel the wooden bars through the cushion. All the fluff starts to hang out in the corners of the cushion after a while just like a cheap quilt. We’ve had ours for about a year now. With this being said I have had to wash it a time or two as it is a children’s toy and children are messy. Maybe it would last longer with some sort of cover so you don’t have to wash the entire cushion when something gets spilled on it. ... show more

First I’d like to say that this is a very sturdy product, & the wood is good quality! My annoyance with this product is that after only TWO months of having one of the strings that attaches to the handle broke. I would possibly understand if it was used constantly but it hasn’t been used AT ALL. It’s literally just been sitting in the doorway of my livingroom as a “gate” from the day I got it until 2 days ago when I got an actual gate. I have a 2 year old and 4 year old and they are already obsessed with the rocker/arch! It fits both of them comfortably at the same time. The cushion is thick and the design is cute as well.
