What is it with Clarks sizing? I have to buy multiple sizes in their shoes and still can't find a good fit. These shoes are beautiful. The leather is a rich dark black with no imperfections. I love these shoes but the sizing is way off. I wear a size 10 in most shoes but that size wouldn't even go on my foot. I ordered a 10 1/2 still tight. Ordered an 11 and it is loose but wearable. These shoes are well made with quality leather but trying to find a good size gave me fits. I don't think I will buy any more Clark's shoes. I thought these were patent leather. They are dull black and not cute enough for a dress. Other than that I love how light weight they are and very comfortable. I do need a heal pad to keep them from skipping off.

Hi, I’ve been trying to get the customer service because I need to return this order. It was well deliver but this product is not good for me. It’s killing my feet. One of the shoes is bigger than the other one and even though it says wide it is not. Please send me instructions on how to return this product.
