If you are looking for a real life like reborn doll, this is not it, this is no more than an 90's rubber baby doll with movable arms and legs. Plan on paying for your shipping to return it.. I will never do business with this company again. I was led to believe I was getting a life like doll, but the kicker is I'm out $$ to return an item I don't want. The media could not be loaded. The doll arrived in an Amazon box- with plastic and foam covered the doll, when I took the doll out the doll has a huge dent on the top of her head- it looks like something has been pushing on the head since it was made - I tried to “shape the dolls head” with no results. I would like someone to contact me concerning this issue. The doll is beautiful and my daughter would love it and it’s the perfect size and light weight but are we just supposed to cover her head with a hat 24/7 due to the huge dent on the top?? I would like someone to contact me or send me a proper doll. My daughter’s birthday party is November 3rd so we will need this replaced by then or we will not buy again. Definitely should ship your dolls better/ like Ashton Drake does with every single hair tied down to ensure you get the best quality. I guess I get what I paid for with this one. If this company will ship me a new doll , I will be glad to remove my review and video for future buyers and update it with a great review because the doll is pretty and very realistic. Thanks. Edited to add: we received another doll and exchanged the one in the video above- same issue with the dolls head- unless you want the doll to wear a NB/premie size hat don’t buy it. We will be returning one to the buyer but will not be purchasing again, obviously it is how the doll is made.
