There's nothing I hate more than paying good money for junk - and with hosiery (tights, shapewear, etc), you never know until you try it on (at which point, you're stuck with it). I LOVE coming across quality staples pieces and sharing the good news! These tights DO NOT DISAPPOINT, especially at this price. After I finish this review, I will be looking to see if the company has these in nude (I'm reviewing for black). SIZING: These DO run true to size (smalls fit like smalls with no room to spare). My advice: don't be afraid to order up because of the nature of the material (spandex, nylon) - if they are too small, they may squeeze you too tight. No harm in them being a bit roomy because they are going to conform in a bodycon style anyways. I may actually follow my own advice and order any nude option they may have in medium. These smalls fit like a glove, but I wouldn't mind more breathing room. I'm 5'1", 120 pounds fit/muscular. MATERIAL: yesss, the spandex/nylon blend makes these durable, stretchy, and feel great on my skin (unlike polyester which doesn't breathe and feels cheap). These are also the right amount of thickness and are easy to put on without worrying about poking a hole in them with your toes. These are likely "run" resistant (in comparison to others) for the same reasons. CONTROL TOP: is just the right amount. This isn't shapewear, but it isn't thin and without support like other tights can be. VERSATILE: These look GREAT under a skirt with a pair of boots, add some classy when paired with a work dress (for going to Court, etc.), & go well under ski pants or cold-weather overalls (I wear tights under cold weather gear instead of base layers (even top shelf brands) because although I start off cold, I heat up quickly when I get to moving and tights allow my legs to cool off faster. I picked these up for $15 which is totally reasonable for 2 pairs of these, but as I write this, the pack is listed for $10. Go grab a set and try for yourself! ... show more

My wife has been having trouble finding tights in the retail stores she usually frequents. She's hesitant to get tights online because you never know what you're going to end up with. She was pleasantly surprised when these arrived. The sizing is accurate and they didn't have to be stretched out much before putting them on. The material is a little shinier than the matte look she prefers. She was wearing these outside when she snagged them on a wheelbarrow handle. Much to her surprise, there was no tear or run in the tights when she disengaged herself. This was pretty unbelievable. Personally, I think 40 denier pantyhose is the most comfortable. It is stylish and not stuffy like thick winter tights. Also, 15 or 20 denier tights that are too thin can easily run, but this thickness of tights can be worn for a longer time. They are really soft and comfortable to wear. They can be easily matched with any style, whether it is a suit or a casual dress, and they are suitable for the transitional seasons like spring and fall. The control top does not seem to have shaping purposes. It is very comfortable and has a light flattening function. It is great that you get 2 pairs for this price, and the quality is good. I think the size chart is accurate. However, since they have great stretch, if your size is between two sizes, I personally recommend choosing the smaller size. ... show more

I love these tights! They are so true to size provide amazing modesty provide great tummy support all while being milky soft. They are thick but still breathe and provide great warmth on cool fall mornings. I have ordered many more pairs They are the best.

The product you will receive comes as S/M and L/XL instead of separate sizing like what the size guide shows online. I ordered medium (based on the size chart) and the tights were so small I couldn't even get them on. They're also very thin.

I am not a fan of this product. The title says Citystl 2 pairs Black Tights for Women. Taking these out of the packaging, it seems to me that these are not "tights" but panty hose. And many sizes to small. Very disappointed in this product.
