I was pleasantly surprised by the softness and silkiness of these pantyhose. I have owned various pantyhose and tights in the past and they all have that slightly course feeling to them but these were still stretchy but with a softer silkier feel that is more gentle on the skin. My only issue is that I am very tall and thin and it’s difficult for me to find pantyhose or tights that fit the length of my legs as well as the slenderness of my waist. I either have to buy ones that are too big so they will be long enough for my legs or I have to buy ones that are too short but won’t be too big on my waist. These tights are not exception to that but they still work and stay up well enough even though they aren’t quite tight enough. I appreciate that these were packaged up very well to prevent them from getting snagged and damaged in shipping as items like this often do- but these arrived in a box to protect them which shows thought and care on the part of the seller. ... show more

I chose the Black Silky Tight Pantyhose for myself. Seems to me that pantyhose has gone out of style and I don't know why. When I worked that was all I wore under skirts and dresses even pants. Nowadays, seems like nobody wears them and they are outdated. Well, I'm older and guess I stick with what like. These Pantyhose arrived in a nice packaged with both sealed together. They are so very soft and sheer. They have some control top in the waist. Also, they have the reinforced toe, which is very nice. They are stretchy and not frail and easy to tear like the old style pantyhose. These are fantastic and fit comfortable and easy to put on. Truly a great pair of pantyhose. Look and feel great on. Great for wearing with anything pants, skirts and dresses. When I put them on, it reminded me of when I used to struggle to put them on years ago, trying not to snag them before they got all the way on. I you like very thin and light hosiery with a light control top, and wear a small or medium, these might be a good choice. The wide waistband does roll if you are full-figured, and the black ones look a bit splotchy in places, like the inexpensive hosiery of my childhood. I got these in the coffee color. The color is quite noticeable out of the package, but when you put them on, the color is subtle. They have a smooth silky feel. Although these are control top, I found the waistband to be very comfortable even at the end of the day. They do not feel tight (I am of average height and weight). I had no issues pulling these up over my thighs, etc. as these are quite stretchy. Although these are sheer, I did not have any issues with poking my nails through them, but I am always careful about that anyway. These are really comfortable to wear. They fit great and are true to size. They were easy to put on and the material feels strong and is very thin. If you’re wanting warmth, this won’t give you it. It feels like you aren’t even wearing tights. Instead, they give you a nice look that allows your skin to show through. The upper part even gives you a bit of tummy control, though not a lot. Being an older woman, I still like the "finished" look that panty hose give your legs. Since panty hose are not cool (according to my students), I will wear tights with my dresses and skirts. But, tights can be opaque and thick. Not these! These remind me of panty hose, but are a slight bit thicker. I like that they are sheer. The top may be a little control top, but not a lot. I work an office job. I was not on a construction site or participating in a Spartan race while wearing these. There were two holes within the first hour I had them on and there were giant runs all the way down my legs by the end of the day.
