I love that it is a customizable sign that we can reuse with many options. We used this for my daughter’s movie themed birthday. We chose black because of the theme but it comes with red, blue, yellow, and green tiles as well, and a bunch of emojis and blank tiles for you to create your own. The box itself works great and the letters are easy to put on the sign. The problem is that the remote control that comes with the item does not work with it. I have tried turning it off and back on, I have tried it plugged into the wall vs using batteries and nothing has gotten the sign to react to the remote that was sent. Not sure if I received a bad remote or if the box isn’t synced properly. It will work for now for what I need it for but definitely isn’t what I was hoping for and expecting. EDIT: The owners saw my comment and sent out a replacement box with a new remote! This one works awesome and looks great! Amazing customer service so bumping this up to a 5-star! ... show more

    • Too Much Slack In Battery Compartment

There is too much slack in the battery compartment so the light doesn’t stay on when you try to hold the box up. Also I can hear something shaking around in the inside, which means something is broken. Very disappointed. Wanted to use this as a prop with my 360 Photo Booth. Will be returning. Update: Began the return process and saw that I would be charged about $8 to return. Really feel it’s unfair especially when the product is damaged. It’s almost like you’re force to keep a defective item because they know no one wants to pay to send back something defective. The cost shouldn’t fall on the customer. ***UPDATE*** The company contacted me and offered to send a replacement product.
