This is a lovely checkbook cover. Soft yet seems durable. I like the dual color tones as well. You can actually use this with a checkbook AND a check registry, if you're a little old fashioned like myself. I use the registry to keep track of all my transactions more so than as a record for check writing, so it was important to me that I be able to use both in this cover. There are nice slots for driver's license, credit cards, etc. You can simply use that side to insert your registry over and behind the card slots. Fits nicely in my purse and is about the size of a standard wallet; maybe just a tad smaller. I highly recommend this item. This is a good checkbook cover/holder. Arrived on time and it is much thicker and sturdy than I expected. I dont always carry in my purse, I leave some things at home so I needed something to hold up to me moving it from purse to living room to bedroom drawer. Also it is a lighter color so I can see it when I dont have my glasses on. The ones I get from the new box of checks are cheap and they tear and crack fast.
