This is a good belt that helps with lower back pain related to pregnancy. My back started hurting early on in pregnancy so I ordered this belt. I can tell it does relieve the pain and it helps me be more flexible and less stiff.

I have a lot of round ligament and groin pain so I wanted to get a belly band and found this one. I really like it when I’m up moving around but as a nurse in a doctors office my job is 90% computer work and sitting with this thing on is very uncomfortable. I really want the support for the sit to stand position because the baby causes a lot of pressure as I stand and for a minute after I start walking. Since I can’t wear it when I’m sitting, I don’t have the support I want. It’s difficult to put on as one person and it is not practical to put on every time I stand to run to a patients room. I tried two sizes of this band, wondering if that would change things and it did not. I can’t recommend this if you’re sitting a lot and looking for the support when you stand. I can recommend if you’re on your feet a lot and moving around; with activity it is pretty supportive and comfortable. ... show more

The product arrived on time and had very clear yet simple instructions on how to wear and adjust the band. I am 322lbs and was concerned the plus size option still would not fit. I spent over an hour looking at different products and reviews before choosing this one and grateful i did! It fits great with plenty of room to spare and has been so helpful for what i needed. Between my apron belly and growing baby i have muscle weakening and tearing in the bottom of my stomach and it was excruciating but the band helps retain tension not only preventing things from getting worse but it also relieves the pain. It’s comfortable, the belly portion breathes well so i don’t sweat as much and it fits great. My only issue is i sometimes struggle getting it as tight as i need but that’s due to my body dimensions and not the product itself. It was definitely worth the buy for me. ... show more

I am 7 months pregnant and have been dealing with a lot of Pelvic/Hip pain which I didn't have in my first pregnancy. After speaking with my doctor, she told me to get myself a "Belly Band" to lift some of that extra weight off my hips/pelvis that was causing me symphysis pubis dysfunction (SPD - collection of uncomfortable symptoms caused by a stiffness of your pelvic joints or the joints moving unevenly at either the back or front of your pelvis). I found this one and liked the style and price. LET ME JUST SAY, BEST INVESTMENT!!! I have been wearing mine during the day (ONLY) for the past 2-3 days and it has made a huge difference already. I no longer have the excruciating hip pain when I stand/sit too long (or chase after my toddler). The weight on my hips/pelvis are far lessened. It is extremely comfortable. It is soft and adjustable based on the amount of tension I put on. I haven't found myself sweating in it, which is a bonus too, meaning it is light weight and breathable. I work as a pediatric physical therapist who worked up until the weekend before I gave birth on Sunday night. I was wearing this support belt that last month of my pregnancy fairly regularly at work because my low back and SI joints were killing me- it helped so much to get me through the day. I did wear this over some pregnancy spandex shorts so it wouldn’t rub my sensitive skin. The Velcro held well the entire time I used it. If you’re really active (I did some running with this too up until 33weeks to support my tummy and it helped a lot with that and preventing me from feeling like I was about to pee on myself constantly with the running), it does slide up some with the extra activity so you have to wiggle/pull it down, but it was never that bad just walking around at work. If/when I get pregnant again I’ll definitely be pulling this out of storage. ... show more
