(update 08/05/24) Manufacturer has been very courteous and communicative, and has provided a replacement for me to try again. It really is a comfortable air mattress, so i am updating my stars for this and the customer service. I will try to determine if the issues about the holes arise due to overinflation. Unusable / severe leak after ~3 months of use. I found a hole on the edge of the recessed circular part on the surface, just like many other people have shown. I’ve tried to patch it, we’ll see how that goes. Otherwise, it was nice while it lasted. Hoping to hear back from customer service about the 1 yr manufacturer warranty. ... show more
