It was very easy to unpack and inflate. The best is that it doesn’t deflate much throughout the night. I do inflate it a bit each morning but nothing that substantial. Just moved from California to Wisconsin and it’s great to have this air mattress. The durability, ease of inflation/deflation, and the back support are great. It only takes 2 mins to become fully inflated which is awesome. I would say it is more like a medium firm mattress. The first day I used would have a little sink, but it is totally fine because this is what PVC material be like. The second day I inflated for 30 sec, and it held air for whole night long. The second day’s experience is much better than the first day. I used it for like 4 times and it still held the air very well. I'll continue to update this review. The description is misleading. It doesn't tell you that you need an external battery to use it for camping. They make it sound like because it has a built-in pump it might be battery operated or something, but you definitely need an external battery with an AC output over 110v, because it was made to plug into a wall. This makes it ideal for using as a backup mattress in your house, but not as ideal for camping. The bag that it comes with is very flimsy as well so that makes it less than ideal for camping trips too. However, the mattress itself is very comfortable, and fills with air very quickly. It was very easy to wash after my camping trip. Just make sure to camp on a flat even area, because if there's a tilt, you're going rolling. ... show more

I ended up getting the queen for a camping trip. I love how you can pump it manually if you needed to or with the built in pump that it comes with. You will need a power source for the built in pump. I like also how the bed is high and comfortable. The only down part was I slept with my partner and in the morning it would disinflate just a little. Still not a deal breaker since I would just inflate it in seconds with the built in pump. I would reccomend. ... show more

It's more comfortable than I expected. Saying that, it's not your regular mattress. It was more comfortable when it's a little softer. Inflatates quickly, but takes awhile to deflate. And don't expect to fold it up anywhere near like you took it out of the bag. All in all, not too shabby.

I was so happy, and it inflated really fast. I thought it would take 1 hour. Seemed to inflate in just a couple of minutes. I was inflating the top part, then stopped to inflate the bottom part more, and the pump stopped, I figured great, its done, but then smelled like a burnt up engine. Wont power up, inflate, anymore. I just got it less than 20 minutes ago.. So they are sending another one. the only thing I am worried about is the toxic smell of it. If that does not go away, this cannot be used for anything. Why do so many things have this toxic smell? They should wash that crap off before We get their Products. I have no idea how to remove Toxic smelling plastic.
