He is practically a force of nature, a whirling terror, a sleepless juggernaut tirelessly crushing all in its path. This chair can be turned over for a higher seat height so it will work for a 1 yr old up. The fit for a child is good and they won't fall out. It does need some non-skid bumper dots if you have it in the middle of a slick floor but works well if put against a wall. I have purchased 2 and will give them for baby gifts ... show more
