The media could not be loaded. Only had an issue the first couple days with our electrical gfi switch tripping. This was due to having the cord for the incubator being double looped. This caused a feedback that made our system trip. The humidity was easy to maintain as well as temperature. Had a 100 percent hatch rate! The media could not be loaded. We decided to hatch chickens for educational purposes with our children and came across this reasonably priced unit on Amazon! The first unit delivered came without a power cord and the seller was quick to message me back and sent us a new unit free of charge! We just received the new unit and have our first 24 eggs in it! Only holds 24 eggs. No light for humidity/ day count display. No spray bottle for hatching, no filler bottle. Wish I had spent my money more wisely. Such a waste.
