Its funny because I normally buy the Pink shampoo but have noticed most of the time the Gold is lower priced. Some reviews said it didn't foam well while others said they loved it. I was afraid I wouldn't like it as much s the Pink so I just kept ordering that. I'm a big fan of my foam canon and pressure washer set up and must have a shampoo that offers good foam that dwells well on the panel. Well, the price dropped down a bit lower than I normally see it here on the Gold so I took a chance and must say I am pleasantly surprised! It foams, cleans and offers the exact same slickness as the Pink! I hope the price stays low, if so I'll probably purchase the gallon next time. Great car wash and very soapy with my pressure washer, I did mix it 50/50 water soap mixture in my foam cannon. I see its supposed to be a no touch car wash but that was not the case at all. Sometimes I use this Mr. Gold just in a bucket with some water and a brush or the micro fiber mitt. Works great on my car, my hot tub cover and my outdoor furniture. But this stuff really shines when I use it with the foam cannon for my power washer to wash my car. Holy mackerel! The thickness of the suds that get created from just a little bit of the soap is outstanding. And they really do a great job of loosening up the dirt. Spray on thick, let it sit for just a couple of minutes and then wash with the micro fiber mitt or a nice soft brush and you get a great, clean surface to work with. Then dry and apply some Chemical Guys spray wax and you are off to the races. Both Mr. Pink and Mr. Gold are great products and work equally well.
