This stuff works great! Just spray down with water, spray the wheel and let it sit an minute or so then scrub (doesn’t take much elbow grease) with microfiber towel and rinse off. Easy as that. My wheels were covered in brake dust like the back of the wheel (see photo) and it came right off.
