The medium is perfect. It's not tight and is long enough for my height. The large is a little baggy but not too big in the shoulders. I'll be keeping both as they're both comfortable and fit well. I purchased a 3x and have plenty of room to move around and the material of the shirt is heavy duty and takes a beating but you can easily wipe of the occasional splatters and have a nice looking uniform throughout your shift ! These are great shirts and a value. I have ordered at least 6 of them. They're comfortable and I order a size larger because I don't want a clingy tight skirt, especially in a hot kitchen.
