To be fair I didn’t purchase the stand that comes with the battery packs included I bought different battery packs and maybe that’s why it seems the battery packs doesn’t go all the way “down” or the charging port isn’t fully connected. I tried charging just the battery pack and the light flashes from Red to Green so I’m not sure if it’s charging that way either. ... show more

Perhaps this is colored a bit by the fact that a return is not workable for me at this point, so I just ate the full cost of a piece of junk that doesn't function as a cooling system or charging station, but it flashes pretty lights and looks "fancy". The fans are non-functional, the charging doesn't work, and yes, I did check if it was something else. No, it was not. Potential Buyers BEWARE: It's not even worth a nickel, let alone what they are charging and the shipping fees. You'd have better luck cooling your system down by buying a cheap dollar-store battery operated fan and having it blow on the side of your machine. ... show more
