The doll is perfect but I am very disappointed that the box was squished as it's a birthday gift for a 5 year old little girl. It was shipped in a large brown box so it didn't happen in shipping, it came from the warehouse that way.

This baby is so pretty, she arrived looking just like the picture in very cute clothes. However her paci is suppose to be magnetic but it will not stay on her mouth, again these reborn babies are expensive so I expect a perfect baby. Now here is the bigger problem it's for my middle granddaughter birthday which is today, how am I supposed to take her defective baby from her on her birthday to return it? Will she understand? My niece loves this doll takes it in the shower with her and to school, in second grade, the hair is nice can comb with large tooth comb. the one leg came off but easy to put back on this was because the clothes was being changed
