So, I ordered several of these when they were add ons for about $3. My 13 month old is OBSESSED with balls. Any kind of ball, he flips out over. So when I found these for $3 I knew he would love it, and I was right! Problem is, my Chesapeake Bay Retriever also loved it, apparently. She NEVER goes after any of his balls...she knows the difference between her toys and his, but I guess this particular ball was just too tempting. So, I ordered 2 more (1 for back up and one to inflate and try again). Came home from work the next day....same damn thing. My dog just can't help herself around this particular ball (he has a similar rainbow ball that she never touches). And this is after we showed it to her and yelled "no" several times, which ALWAYS works. So...point being, this is a great ball for kids, but if you have a large breed dog that is also obsessed with balls, GOOD LUCK! ... show more

I had this ball for a few weeks and it has seen some very light use. I bought it as a play ball for a baby and the baby was not too impressed. Therefore it was mostly sitting in the corner. The pros: good price point, seemed sturdy and easy to inflate if you have a bicycle pump with the needle attachment. The con: we heard a loud pop and the ball just exploded on its own without any warning. The picture shows that it simply burst. I am very disappointed but am grateful that it happened away from my baby! ... show more

    • Ball popped first time playing kickball!!!

This ball was a total waste of time, it popped the first time my kids (10 and 11) played with it in the backyard!!! It hit a blunt object (bicycle pedal) and that was it. Seems like the rubber was probably old, dried out??? Honestly don’t know, I guess they don’t make them like they used to...

Getting my boys off screens is a daily project, but now with virtual school they need to get outside and play more than ever and without their friends. I bought several in different sizes. This is a good general size for everything. The texture of the ball is great for gripping and it bounces smooth. My boys play outside now all the time without me even saying anything! They can play so many things with these and make up their own games. So basic but gets tons of use. Neighbor kids all ask where we got it and hate social distancing even more. I bought 3 "sets" of 6 for Samaritan's Purse Operation Christmas Child shoe box gifts. Since we mail these deflated, I cannot say how easily they inflate or how durable they are. The ridges on the ball I'd guess make for an easy grip (as with a basket ball). The colors are bright and beautiful. However, the pack of 6 do not come with a pump--not 1, not 6. It's a great price w/o the pump, but you should know out of 3 xs ordering, no pump was received. ... show more

    • Not a good quality ball

So dissapointed in this ball. We wanted a good ball for playing 4 square with our children. When we opened the package for this ball there were little shreds of blue hanging off of the ball before even inflating. We carefully followed the directions for inflating the ball but after pumping the ball full of air with an hand pump the ball was mishapen. It looked like the rubber had not been cast correctly or had been stretched out wrong. So disappointing and now we have to wait even longer to play 4 square with our kids because we have to order another ball. ... show more
