  • Nice!
Size: 9 Color: Dark Tie Dye
First off, I have tried a few of these (men's and women's) looking for the best match for travel. Initially I started with the fuchsia color but they were way too bright. The tie dye is beautiful but also impractically colorful for me. From what I can tell, a women's 11 is equivalent to a men's 9. I wear barefoot shoes constantly so I've had to be very picky about the sandals I wear. My feet like wide shoes with a full toe box. These sandals are very comfortable and are even better with socks. The sole is harder than I like but supportive and has arch support. One gripe I have is the Chacos logo is engraved into the footed and it's a little uncomfortable because you can feel it when you're walking. I like the ease of a slide, no straps on the back to cause blisters. ... show more

  • Love the style. Not as comfortable as I thought
Size: 9 Color: Black
Dont get me wrong they are super comfortable and have great arch support, theres just something weird about the front strap area where the strap meets your pinky toe on either side. As if it makes contact weird. It might just be me. Don't let this review hinder the product it is 100% worth the buy but this is just a heads up for those with sensitive skin. ... show more

  • Great support and comfortable sandals!
Size: 12 Color: Black
These slides are very comfortable and have great arch support. The footbed is a nice texture and doesn’t get dirty and smelly, and is easy to clean. The straps are okay but don’t adjust much, and the rubber tabs on the sides where the straps attach to the footbed are raised and a bit prominent. This takes away from the looks but is not a show-stopper. I’m very happy with them and would definitely buy more especially at the price I got. ... show more

  • Excellent value for camp shoes!
Size: 10 Color: Fossil
This is the third pair of Chillos I’ve owned — and that’s only because I have lost the other two in backcountry hiking expeditions (user error, as it were). But I keep coming back to these — they’re perfect for sliding on once I get to camp, as they work with my pair of heavy wool socks, as they don’t have a connection between big and second toes to block. They’re perfectly light weight, which was a huge shock (and plus!) for me given how heavy Chacos normally are. And while they don’t have a ton of grip (not their primary purpose, I’d say), I have used them many times as great river shoes when I need to ford a river and want to keep my hiking shoes and socks dry (to avoid blisters). Plus — the price for these is unbeatable. Only gripe I will say is I have not figured out how to adjust the straps over the top. Maybe that’s something I could find on YouTube or on their website, but haven’t bothered to look because it’s not a huge distraction for me — might be something to pay attention to, if you have uniquely large or small feet, though. ... show more

  • No heal rise
Size: 10 Color: Fossil
The sandel is comfortable and it is the second pair of Chaco's I have purchased. My only issue is that the heal is low. On the other pair of Chaco's I have the heal is slightly higher than the toe bed. On this pair the heal is even with the toe bed so that the arch support sits a little high for me and then a greater heal drop than I am used to. ... show more

  • They do not last too long
I bough couple of pairs so far. They all ripped from same place. They do last about several month. They are heavy and not confortable. I paid a lot of money to expect something decent and comfy. But was wrong. They have very cool design .

  • Great shoes with one vital flaw
Size: 11 Color: Black
Up to classical Chaco standard in every way but one. The word Chaco is engraved on the inside of the sole and cuts into your foot when you walk. Otherwise perfect sandals, especially if you have feet that can’t feel anything.

  • They're all right...I guess.
I bought these to have something easy and comfortable to wear around the house while I'm working from home. I have owned several styles of Chaco sandals and replace them without hesitation as soon as they wear out, which is rare considering the quality of all of their products. These are the first ones that I've owned that likely won't replace. There's nothing really WRONG with them, they just don't quite work as well as my other Chacos. What I don't like about them: - The foot bed is kind of weird. There is a slight texture to them, but they're kind of smooth so they don't feel completely secure on my feet when I take a step. My feet also sweat in them, which is something that doesn't happen with any of my other Chacos, at least not that I've ever noticed. I'm assuming it's because they don't have the same embossed diamond grid pattern as my other ones. I wear socks with them. Black socks with light-colored sandals. It's hideous, and I always change into something else when going out to check the mail or take out the trash because I don't want my neighbors to think that I'm "that guy"...but the ugly truth is, I'm wearing socks with sandals...so I am "that guy", I'm just not comfortable with it yet. - They're ugly. Black wasn't available when I ordered them, so went with what looked like a tasteful "Moon Stone" color. I wear a size 15, it shouldn't still surprise me that a shoe that looks really good in a size 10 in the photos ends up looking like clown shoes. The black socks aren't helping. - The adjustment strap doesn't stay where I put it. This is the only real complaint that I have with these shoes. I tighten them 4-5 times a day, and they always slip about 1/2". Not enough to be unwearable, but just enough to let my feet slide too far forward in the sandal. Occasionally when I look down and notice that my black-socked toes are hanging over the front of the sandal, it triggers a mini mid-life crisis and I have a fleeting urge to go put on real shoes, a nice shirt, maybe some pants, and go work out. But not enough of one to actually go do any of those things, so I just reach down and re-tighten them. What I like about them: - They've got that arch support that make Chaco sandals so comfortable. - Footbed is softer than normal Chaco sandals...so comfortable. - Really well made. I've been wearing them for a few months, and even with the softer material in the footbed, they're showing no sign of wear. - They're ugly. I mean, they're slide sandals. I've never seen a pair of slides and thought "that is some nice looking footwear!" I've decided to lean into it. If I had to do it over again, I would have ordered the neon green color instead of the tasteful moonstone color just be confrontational about how they look with my black socks. But still, I get a lot of enjoyment out of the look of disgust on my wife's face when she sees me wearing them. And, to be fair, I have a friend that has a pair, and they look completely fine on her normal-sized, well-manicured feet. ... show more
