I workout 4-5 times a week & drink 1/4th of a can daily, it's easy to use i guess. The Celsius website says zero carbs per can. I wouldn't drink this if it had carbs. I do Keto, IF-OMAD & HIIT Cardio to stay fit. I noticed a couple reviews that mentioned 2 carbs per can. But all the cans I've received say zero carbs, the website says the same. Besides filtered water I drink this & a can or two of Sparkling Water. I can imagine if these were dropped they would get dented. This is my 4th or 5th order, luckily I've never received a bunch of smashed cans. I wouldn't say these are inexpensive, obviously they're cheaper on Amazon than a bodega but they're not cheap. Especially if you drink a can a day. In my case I don't need the full 200 mg of caffeine after I drink my coffee in the morning which I make the night before so it's cold. I drink 3oz of this around noon. A can lasts 4 days, a 12 pack gives me 50mg of caffeine for 48 days. I use cling wrap & a solid rubber band. An interesting thing I noticed is once the can is open for a couple days the flavor is better, not sure why & I'm only drinking 3 oz which is basically a sip, so it's not like I have a chance to really enjoy the flavor but it's still true. Good to know if drink a whole can maybe leave it open in the refrigerator for a few hours, just a thought. I don't notice any jitters even the few times I've drank an entire can, it's just clean energy. The tropical Vibe Sparkling starfruit pineapple Edition is orange. I don't drink these for my health or the vitamins. I take a supplement stack before dinner, I just use it for the clean caffeine. According to the information on the can & the website, it's green tea extracted caffeine. So useful pre/post workout or as a daily boost of energy. celsius is the best energy drink out period! for context i am the type of person who can (and frequently has) drink a cup of dark roast coffee and go to sleep right after. this is the only energy drink that has ever actually managed to give me energy and keep me awake when i need it! this is also the only drink that NEVER gives me that jittery/shaky feeling which is a huge plus because i hate that feeling. all their flavors are awesome but the fizz free versions are better than the carbonated in my opinion. my favorite is the peach mango. good value and quality for the money. ... show more

I have purchased this product 23 times now according to Amazon. I was in medical school when I started drinking Celcius and am now in Residency. It is a staple of my daily regimen when I am in the hospital for long shifts. I think the Amazon Celcius ends up being cheaper per can than if you were to buy it in your local grocery store. The only con of this multi pack is that you are unable to control which flavors you get and it's totally random. If you are ok with a majority of the Celcius flavors it should be tolerable. Every now and then I do go to my local grocery store if a new flavor comes out or something or if I am craving a particular flavor. But usually, I stick to this. I have noticed that sometimes the price fluctuates a lot. Sometimes this 12 pack is closer to 18 dollars and sometimes its 20. For some reason there is a variance from time to time. ... show more

I am really pleased with the flavor and the energy that I have. Dont feel the sugar slump like some energy drinks. I wasn't sure if I would like it bc of the sparkling water aspect, I don't generally care for the sparkling water taste. This is really good , not heavy on the sparkling water, not heavy on the sweetness, has lots of vitamins ,minerals and it also helps control your appetite. It's a win ,win in my book. Price-per-can, this is one of the cheapest energy drinks out there. It doesn’t cheap on quality either. Gets the job done and tastes good. The biotin hasn’t affected me after 2 years of religious consumption, but it’s worth looking into if you’re unsure.

I love Celsius because I’m not a huge coffee drinker. I do need to sip this throughout the day though. The flavor is great and if you can get it on Prime Day it’s a great value for your money. They’re easy to open/use. It’s a healthy alternative to soda or high sugar coffee shop drinks.
