I got SOO many compliments on this when I wore it! I wore it to a formal evening party and it was great! Not heavy, but sturdy and didn't break or split at all. It's a little heavy but not enough to be a bother. I thought it looked nice for a diamonds and pearls event I attended. As a fluffy woman, it fit with chain in the back to spare. I do like that it came with 2 replacement clasps.
