i added pepperoni and mozzarella cheese on top ... crust has very little taste but is a good carrier for the toppings; for years i have scraped toppings off pizzas at home and out, and not eaten crusts loaded with wheat ... this cauliflower crust does allow me to eat a "crust " of sorts ... overall I'd say it's good if you have the right expectations ... show more

I started fasting, doing the OMAD diet. It's been over two months now. I have lost 50 pounds. The calories in these pizzas vary, I love the buffalo and the veggie pizza. All are delicious. I eat an entire pizza, with salad on the side. That's enough calories to take me to the next day. Just wanted to throw that in there, you can loose weight while eating pizza! ... show more

I love this cauliflower crust even better than regular pizza now. The only thing is it’s pricey. Originally, the pizza was less than $6.00. Now at Amazon Fresh, it’s almost $10.00 a pizza; and at Whole Foods it’s almost $9.00. I understand it’s a popular item but to increase so much, it’s disheartening! ... show more

It's good. It works. My pizza usually ends up being a salad on dough with some cheese.. The cauliflower pizza crust is better for us than processed white flour. It really doesn't change the overall flavor or texture of the pizza. I liked it. Only problem is it's too often sold out. I can't wait for the pandemic to be over. People will go out to eat again and groceries won't be sold out all the time. ... show more

Nice crisp crust, not too greasy. Store brands are not a good. And kro&er cauliflower crust store brand, well you might as well drink motor oil.
