The media could not be loaded. I was looking for a lightweight portable charger to take with me on my Disney World trip. Between having to use their app all through the park and taking a million and a half pictures, I find that my battery on my phone dies way too fast. I have the larger packs but wanted something that I could just throw into my crossbody on days where I wouldn’t be carrying around a backpack. This worked perfectly. My friend has one of these and not sure if they differ , but this charges my phone super slow. I do not see a way to contact customer support directly through Amazon so this makes it difficult for me to figure it out. So this makes it difficult for me to figure it out.
