This brush arrived with all the bristles crushed (see pics). This tells me that the bristles are wimpy and not as sturdy or tough as suggested. I don't think they would've been able to clean the stained grout I intended to clean with it. The texture of the bristles also don't feel brush like. While the handle and structure of the brush seem nice, the bristles are clearly inferior. How could so much damage occur during shipment?? As an inexpensive item, it wasn't worth the trouble of returning it. I will, instead, purchase another brand. ... show more
