For the price, the bag is great. The only con is it does come with a longer handle attachment to turn the bag into a crossbody but the handle attachment is very cheap and looks ugly once attached. I like this bag, but it broke on the first day of use. The zipper part specifically is what broke. I was traveling internationally so I wanted something cute that I could keep close to my body. The zipper breaking felt like the purpose of this was was no longer existent. I sent in a request for a new one and received it quickly. It has not broken since and I hope it'll stay in tact. Great purse! I purchased the color called "white" but it's actually ivory, which is great as it goes with everything (I hope they do make a true "white" colour - would be perfect for summer). The bag I received is well made, the zipper runs smoothly, the gold clasp works well, the material is pliable (not stiff) and it holds its shape.
