    • Believe the bad reviews, and save yourself the trouble.
Spend time with your little one, and don't spend it receiving damaged, poor quality furniture, that you WILL have to deal with off-gassing/returning/fixing/spending hours on the phone with customer service about, etcetera. I bought this furniture line because it was supposedly "GREENGUARD Gold Certified", "screened for 360 VOCs and over 10,000 chemicals", "made of sustainable New Zealand pine wood and TSCA compliant recycled wood fiberboard", and "lead and phthalate safe, with a non-toxic finish". I believe all of that to be untrue now. It took MONTHS for this furniture to finally stop off-gassing, and even now that its finally assembled STILL fills my baby's airy 600 square foot room with a noxious odor from time to time. I bought the crib and dressers from this furniture line, and haven't been able bring myself to put my son in the crib, or place him on the changing pad on top of the dresser, like you're supposed to be able to do. The dresser is so wobbly that you could tap it with your pinky and it will sway back and forth. Mind you, we've never used it, so it's not even loose from wear. It was like that from day one of assembly. I just can't fathom putting my healthy baby who loves to kick and move about while getting his diaper changed on top of it. As an aside, even getting rid of the packaging was a nightmare. The boxes were LOADED with styrofoam, and had HUGE staples that needed to be removed with pliers in order to recycle properly. Wish I'd read the reviews more closely and gone with a different company.     • Save your money, stress, and time!
This dresser may have been a nice addition to a nursery, but we ordered this back in September, and it is now January and we still have not been able to assemble it. They sent an incorrect part that holds the dresser together and drawers in place. I contacted them and they sent another part, still the incorrect piece. I am now STILL waiting for the correct part. It is extremely frustrating not being able to use your nursery in an organized way or have it be a safe environment. The dresser was so unstable and drawers kept falling out. The drawers are now stacked in the nursery and I cannot let my little one in the room as it is very dangerous. ... show more

    • DO NOT PURCHASE THIS DRESSER!
If I could give this product zero stars, I would. Here are the issues we've had.... When the product arrived the top piece was split/cracked (as many other reviewers will tell you). We dis not have time to wait for the manufacturer to send a replacement part so we placed a second order for the same dresser to swap out the piece we needed, and send the defective one back. The second dresser arrived in good condition. My husband was an hour into building it when he realized that the top piece from the SAME EXACT DRESSER was a different size so the beams were not lining up! Just to make sure we weren't crazy we compared the drawers in our first package with the drawers in the second package and sure enough they were different lengths! SAME DRESSER! SAME MODEL! And yet one is longer than the other! What an absolute waste of time! Save yourself a major headache and DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. ... show more

    • Disappointing. Don’t get it.
Considering how deep it is, the drawers only come out a fraction of the way. It’s also a bit rickety. I also wish there was more vertical depth to the drawer. The picture made it look deeper. We fold our kids clothes vertically (Marikondo way) and drawer height is a tad too short. Then I can’t even access the back of the drawer since it only pulls out about 6”? I would definitely not buy it again, but the idea of disassembling it, packing it up, and bringing it to the store seemed like a nightmare so we are putting up with it for now.     • Sturdy and Straightforward to Assemble (For Us)
This dresser matched closely with the Kendall Weathered White Crib from Pottery Barn Kids, so we are pretty happy with that fact alone. It is sturdy, in fact it's sturdier than the dresser my wife and I bought for ourselves that cost 3x the price of this one. We used our 15% from the baby registry towards this, so the price was quite reasonable. Good buy and affordable. Definitely recommend taking a chance with this. ... show more

Shipping was as expected. However, the top plate came damaged so bad. The package was about 120 lb, even delivery man was not able to lift it to upstairs. Half way through assembly, we found out the top part was damaged, looks like the corner was dropped. We ordered the crib few months ago, and was satisfied with the product. But, this time we are very upset, we contact them as soon as we found out the damage but they did not contact back. I really like how this dresser is a changing table if you purchase the tray, it’s so convenient having my baby’s little clothes by the changing table! It has a modern design that I love! A few things to keep in mind: When installing the changing table tray screws on top of the dresser, the wood split on the back. It’s almost impossible making all drawers aligned when assembling (see picture) The drawers are not super deep or long (see picture) I think the price is very fair for what you get. ... show more

I was hesitant to buy this due to the negative reviews but I believe it’s more of a shipping issue people are having rather than a product issue. Our package came in 100% undamaged. (120lb) we put the dresser together in less than 2 hours and it was surprisingly easy. Thick wood. Easy moving drawers. And good quality and color. I definitely recommend buying this and the matching crib. It will definitely last years to come. ... show more
