PROS: Perfect fit, Great price...Fast shipping, Better than factory, Quick install, Looks great w/lots of compliments.(Front bumper is next) CONS: All the plastic tabs to anchor the the black pad on both right and left side were all broken, lying in the box. SO there are no anchors holding the sides right now, it looks like it has wings... Quality of the pins is bad! A less brittle plastic should be used, they need to be more flexible! I will have to get something retro-fitted to hold the ends of the pad in place. ... show more

Looks to be a decent quality bumper. There are a couple things you should know though. This bumper is for a 1500 series truck. It will fit the 2500/3500 trucks, but the plastic bumper covers do not have the one inch flare up, (see photo), in the back to cover the gap between the bottom of the bed and the top of the bumper for the 2500/3500 trucks as these trucks come with a 2 inch body lift from the factory to accommodate the Allison trans . Mine were in good shape so I swapped them out but the holes for the lower side push pin don't line up so I had to drill a hole in the factory correct location. Also, as others have mentioned, the side brackets that are supplied with this bumper are longer than the factory ones and don't quite fit right. Again, not a big deal as I was able to reuse my factory ones. All in all a good buy for a pretty good bumper. Knowing what I know now I still would have purchased. Update: 8MAR22 This has been on my truck for barely one and a half years and the rust is everywhere on it. VERY poor quality on the chrome. I live in a desert climate, S.E. Washington state, and this is just from the very little rain we get. We never use salt on our roads in the winter. This is just from very rare rain and car washes. I'd hate to see how long these last in the rust belt. Lowering my rating to one star. I do not recommend buying this! ... show more

Purchased this bumper to replace a rotted OE bumper for my father's 2006 Chevrolet Silverado regular bed. The installation went very well. Great fit and really looked nice. It has some nice weight to it so it will hopefully stand up to the elements better than the original bumper. I reused the factory nuts and bolts rather than the provided bolts etc. because the factory bolts seemed better. The supplied brackets made the project take little time. I think it took me an hour. Bumper looks fine, painted gray, weight is way lighter than original but, I get it. They sent brackets for a Chevy 2500, I need them for a 1500 obviously it’s what it says I ordered, so now I have to buy brackets separate. I’m not gonna send this back for the brackets being incorrect, this company owes me two new brackets lol. ... show more

A very good product. Everything included except the clip for the spare tire cover. That clip is a little hard to remove & save but it can be done with caution. Overall very satisfied with this bumper kit. The shipping was very fast & nothing was missing or broken. Would buy from them again.

The plastic on the bumper came broken. None of the hardware came with the package. It appears that someone already returned the bumper once and then they just re sent it to me. Looks good but now I have to go find my own hardware
