I was skeptical about some of the claims the Car Guys made about the Plastic Restorer but no more. The seat on my Honda Forza was faded and uneven to boot. Now the problem with most products is that they remain slippery enough application that the manufacturers put a warning to not use on motorcycle seats, motorcycle tires, or automotive pedals. Following the directions I applied the Plastic Restorer and the seat looks new and not overly shiny. The seat is not slippery at all. I have applied the product to some faded plastic trim on my 15-year-old Nissan and they too have returned to a like new condition. A little goes a long way so the price is a better value than one might guess. How long the restoration lasts only time will tell. ... show more

I’ve been using this for my 8 year old truck and it has been great for the most part. It makes my truck look brand new and it lasts at least a month. The only complaint I have hence the 4-stars is it doesn’t dry that well and feels greasy and slick to the touch. It also attracts bugs which was surprising. ... show more

Easy to use, just wipe on, give it a few minutes to work and give a light buff with a clean cloth and good to go. Not sticky and no residue. A little goes a long way. I'm restoring a 40 yo truck. As expected, the plastic/rubberized dash was faded and shrunk. I put this stuff on and left it overnight, the next day the shrunk areas actually expanded and became springy and soft to the touch. The dash material expanded so noticeably I was afraid it would get out of shape. Luckily it did not. It returned to original shape and stopped. My trim and plastic on my truck was really bad faded ( my truck stays outside in my driveway)and this stuff made it look brand new. I used to use the Chemical guys VRP but after a rain or wash it would run and leave greasy streaks from my mirrors and window trim. This stuff holds up and doesn't run. This product was very easy to use, just follow the simple directions, and be sure to wipe with a clean dry cloth again later to remove any dust that collects so it doesn't stick. It brought all the fenders and flares on my 2011 Jeep Wrangler back to life. I'm very impressed, and actually grateful. It looks awesome.
