The material is sturdy. It is well made. Perfect for a 2 month old. The color is bright and the while color is really white. This makes the blue and white on this costume really pop! The sleeves have little mittens at the end so they cover the baby's hands. The booties are also well made and same vibrant colors. Ordered this as my baby's first costume. I love it! He's just turned 3 months old however on the smaller end, ended up purchasing a 3 to 6 mos. So it's a bit big on him, but i'm sure it is perfect size if you stay within the age range. The material (blue stuff) sheds a bit but nothing a lint roller can't fix.
