I'm loving this product, however the voice commands do not work if you have a high pitch voice meaning a woman's voice. I have to lower my voice and act like I'm speaking like a man in order for it to respond to all my commands. I'll talk nice and sweet to her nothing, I yell nothing, I talk calm nothing. The minute I change my voice and act like a man, she follows. Like seriously. Whoever made the voice commands need to work on following all voices as we all have different voices and accents. Worked great - till it rained... I was using this thing all around town chatting with my friend but when it came time to use it on my vacation - it failed on day one. I got caught in a downpour and it crapped out. No more communication with my friends, no directions, no music... it was a huge letdown. I've messaged Cardo 3 times over the past two weeks and I haven't received a response. Cardo Claims: 1.) "IP67 Waterproof. Tough design with the highest standard" - Nope 2.) "WATERPROOF. No matter what you throw at it, your waterproof PACKTALK NEO will take the beating and keep you connected.
