So far working great! Same design as most, suction so far seems great, hold is good, easy to use, good material and good adjustability. I have not had to do much except make sure everything is tightened down when it is where I want it. I still have fears of it just falling down so I am a bit cautious. I use this in an old Nissan fire truck I imported from Japan. It's not the best suspension I've ridden in but this thing takes all the bumps with ease. I've mounted my iPhone and DJI OP3 and will likely take my Sony FX30 on (with IBIS, of course) and see how it holds up. It's versatile, well-built, and overall worth the small investment. I’m a BIG Ulanzi fan. I Love there products. If I had to put them in the same category as another brand I’m a diehard fan of with kind of similar style, colors, hard edges pricing and quality It would be Kershaw Knives. Except Kershaw hasn’t ever dropped the ball on a product I’ve purchased from them. This suction cup mount work the way it was intended too for 4, uses! It just stopped holding air and slowly started leaking it out of the thumb pump. I pulled the push part out to see why and the gasket they used isn’t a complete rubber ring. And it’s low quality. If you expect something to work and need it to work when you, NEED it to work haha, look into a different type of system. ... show more

    • Sc-01 is not adjustable
Ok so I am returning a second SC-01 and am not willing to purchase items from Ulanzi again. Both mounts sent to me the arm is not able to be removed. The first one was supposed to be new but was obviously used which I confirmed when the actual new one came in. The first had something in the set screw so I couldn’t remove it. The second one I removed the set screw and the arm still would not come off. It appears both these units came severely over torqued from the manufacturer and render them virtually useless. To fit in the location where I am putting it it needs to have the arm mounted in the angled position on the suction cup. Seeing how the description says, you can mount the quarter inch screw in multiple places I see this has faults advertisement. I chose the smaller one because I wanted to mount a camera in a tighter position so the bigger one wouldn’t work for me, but I will find another another manufacturer for something similar. ... show more

I use my a7sIII cameras for shooting in closed quarters, interior of cars and other tough mounted on suction cups to glass and smooth walls. The suction cups work so well I even use it on some textured walls. The addition arm is a life saver. In cars I put the camera in a MagicRig camera cage to access all of the 1/4-20 wholes. I use standard 1/4-20 rods of varying lengths. Either screw additional ULANZI arms I bout to the camera cage. On the other end a straight rod what ever length I need to attach it to a Baby/Mini ULANZI suction Cup as an anchor. T The 4.5 is more then enough to hang the camera from or put it under neith to hold it up and then lock it in place with the rode to a mini suction cup. Some times I'll use a third suction cup. On the exterior of a car I always use three suction cup. The quality is over the top. Suction power is the best. Nothing is going to come off and hit the ground. Best of all. I bought it because of the price and the added feature of the arm that comes with it. After I used them is when I learned how insane is the build quality and they make my set up look really cool for the clients. Impressive.
