The product itself is amazing and has worked thus far. It smells soooo good, too! Just follow the steps and youll be surprised how good this stuff works! However, the shipping was terrible. Whoever was in charge of that, put the bottles in the box sideways, so even though the delivery driver had the package placed arrow up, the bottles in the box were not upright. Thanks to this, I lost quite a bit of the blue bottle, but it is what it is and obviously common sense just isn't that common. ... show more

The smell is AHMAZING! Didn’t follow the directions which is key. We used it as a floor cleaning and to get the urine smell out of the house, it works for that part but the re-staining it worked for a few days but we have yorkies so it may work for other breeds. Easy to use and it seems to pull the urine stains out. We are using it for the first time so we shall see. UPDATE: Second day this pulled so much urine out of the carpet. We were both impressed. Still working on the stains - had a cat territorial issue for a time. UGH -

This didn’t work for me, I tried it many different ways and areas needed and wasn’t a success. They do smell amazing when sprayed but that was all, it could be bc the pee was older but it didn’t work

Used it this weekend, my carpet was bad with pet stains...I have 11 dogs and cats and while most are house trained, for some reason the kitten wouldn't take to the litter box and a new puppy in the house the carpet was a mess. This wasn't my first rodeo with carpet shampooing and it was a quick job as I just needed the smell gone for the moment. I sprayed this all over my carpet and it came a lot cleaner than it ever has before and in waay less time spent on shampooing. I think it will work great once I have time to actually shampoo my carpet correctly and not so fast, and be able to let it soak a little more for the hard stains. My cat had an accident in my new apt the stairs are carpet I was browsing and ordered this product but the shipping was going to be to long of a wait so I went to a pet store and supposedly bought a good brand I used it,the supposedly good brand a left a chemical and urine smell behind did not matter if I vacuumed or scrubbed the smell wouldn't go away this made me depressed I'm the type you can't even tell I have pets and my poor kitty with anxiety because of the move and her being alone not her fault. When this product came the smell oranges came threw the box was exited to use the product so I did I followed instructions used blue first was disappointed it did not work but it was my fault I accidentally put it with the good product empty bottle I decided to give it another try straight from the bottle and when I tell you it took the smell away I use blue first then the orange one and I am happy my anxiety went away and I feel so much better the kitty stopped going the spot due to the orange smell but it smells so good! ... show more

I was really upset about this purchase. When reading the description and what it’s titled as in the Amazon search, it made it seem as if though these were separate carpet cleaners for steam carpet cleaners. It is actually just bulk versions of what would be in a spray bottle. Not only is it misleading, it’s also wayy TOO MANY STEPS. You have to spray it on the spot, LET IT SIT FOR 24 hours and then scrub. Second step is the same. Nobody has time for a stain to sit for over 24 hours without scrubbing it. ... show more
