Ordered this for my daughter to get her off of screen-time now and then, and I went for the large 15ft version on the advice of another dad's review. Took my time assembling it today, a hot and sweaty day, and I think the whole process was about 3 hours with some breaks. This model came in 2 boxes, which the seller advised me would be the case as soon as I ordered. My impression is they monitor orders and strive for customer satisfaction, as they wanted to set expectations within a few hours of my placing the order. Good vibes. The boxes arrived on schedule. The largest had a split seam and I feared there would be missing parts, but the items were packed inside in such a way as to minimize the danger of parts escaping. Everything inside was exactly right, and no damage. Everything went smoothly following both the printed and video instructions. My only suggestion for improvement would be to make the foam covers on the upright net support arms from a foam that doesn't grab the net sleeves when inserting them. I went back and forth trying to get the net installed, but in the end I watched the video instructions on YouTube and the montage for this part of the assembly, although it looks cute and entertaining, is actually also exactly in the order you need to do things to get the net installed: work it down onto the poles a little at a time while walking around from post to post. That part could be emphasized more, perhaps. Once I did this patiently, it started to get easier. Also, the parts package came with the exact number of items needed for the assembly, no more. Would prefer to have extras of anything threaded as oftentimes those are the points of failure when putting together a product like this, but I will say all of these parts worked perfectly and no extras were needed in the end. One last note: Make sure the bolt heads in the leg extensions are turned inward when assembling the frame, as this allows the eye bolts for the netting poles to line up correctly during its attachment. This is stated in the booklet, but I missed it, so had to turn things around later (my bad). Overall, it was kind of fun to assemble this trampoline, and my daughter lit up when she came in from school, and she started bouncing instead of hitting the iPad. (Mission accomplished.) She's still out there now with her mom. I would like to be able to buy some spare springs for future repairs, but I don't see those available on the CalmMax site. I'll contact them directly to discuss that possibility. Overall, very happy on Day 1. I hope this trampoline will be used for years, and we're off to a good start. ... show more

I would start the review by a comment that I would not call myself as a super-handy guy as many do comment in their reviews. I am just alright and have some ideas. Install is not that hard if the instruction manual were clear. I used contact seller option and got answers within 6 hours. Remember, manual is not good and could use better English, so please use “contact seller” option. I worked with a Heidi who was so good that she picked up my phone in the middle of her night and called me back her next day (China based). I will put in a few learnings. Before you start, please also have a 13/32 ratchet with you. (1)comes in a big 100lb box (2) some small bags for bolts/pads/washers are snugged/hidden inside fabrics. Look for them before thinking you are ripped off.(3)T connectors for bottom rails are pre connected on 4 of the rails. Don’t try looking for them. (4) make a circle but when you start putting in legs at least one rail will come out. Don’t worry too much about. Just get it standing. When the springs are installed it will be OK (5) springs are easy to install, spring extending tool is very good with high efficiency (6) bottom tube installation is tricky and many had reviews about length of bolts. Orientation of black plastic pad is important to gain threaded length of the long screws on the other side of bottom tube. If you have them the wrong way then screw would not come through the other side. (6) upper tubes: will have a cap attached at the plain end. Insert into net sleeve with the cap on. Caps in my shipment were off and the desired end of upper tube were not going into lower end. So I used other end. When I told this to Heidi, she shipped 8 pairs of new bottom/upper tubes in case. I got a lot of help from her who was answering questions after discussing with technicians and she solved all of my problems. I was lucky that I did not have to go to hardware store as the “1” reviewers but I could see myself going there by trying to decipher the installation manual and not contacting the manufacturer. I had a weak schedule so took a week to put it together but people who can start earlier in the day and those who are really handy can do it in a few hours. We bought this trampoline after a horrendous purchase from another company. Many shipping delays etc. This product shipped on time and arrived EARLY! It only took my husband and I 2 hours to put it together. Really straight forward. We did look up a YouTube video on how to assemble it, I highly recommend watching it as some of the instructions are not exactly clear. Overall great buy! Also, their customer service reached out right after we bought it to let them know if we had any issues. We did not and all the parts were received in the package we got! Very happy customer! Bought the trampoline in March set it up in May Broke in October. One of the circular pipes broke. After contacting company they reached out to me immediately and sent a replacement part plus an extra gift for my grandson.     • good product but zipper came apart almost immediately

Bought this for grandkids who live in another town, had it shipped there, their father put it together, we went to visit the next week and noticed that the zipper entry door had already started coming apart. I was able to put zipper pull back on and sewed the zipper end tab back together with heavy duty thread which should make it last for awhile. Not sure if it was a factory problem, or if their dad installed it incorrectly, or if the grandkids did something to it, so I don't know if the seller/manufacturer can be faulted. My suggestion would be for buyers to inspect the zipper end tab closely after you get it installed to make sure it's not about to come apart -- if it looks weak, I'd reach out to seller. ... show more
