This bed is so comfortable and I would recommend it to anyone ! Delivered right on time and in good condition. Took a chance ordering a mattress online without trying it but glad I did. We tried out other memory foam mattresses at the stores to see if it was the type of mattress we liked, if you like the feel of memory foam then you will love this bed. This is a pretty firm mattress, definitely not soft or plush. It expanded to full size in about 30 hrs and really didnt have much of that "new" mattress smell which was nice. ... show more

When the mattress was delivered, i was so surprised about the size! The box was not too big as shown in the picture, so it’s easy for two people to move it around. They did a very good job on the packaging. It did take a few days for the mattress to fully expand. The first picture showed what the mattress look like on day three. I have been sleeping on the mattress for the past few days. It’s very comfortable to sleep on. Suprisely, my back pain even get better! Love this mattress! Highly recommended! ... show more

The mattress got delivered in a box. It’s easier to get carried around. I bought the California king size and it fits my California king bed perfectly. The mattress feels firm which is what I prefer. The mattress was compressed in a box for easier shipping. When it was delivered, the box was damaged though. But I forgave it because I really like the mattress, the depth and the firmness are proper, the snow white color is my favorite, the photos I took are not reflecting the true color at all due to the ceiling light. It expanded quickly after unsealing, after around 2 days, it fully expanded and turned to its original shape. I have no more back pain with it, I'm satisfied, as always, Amazon's selection is reliable. ... show more
