I've purchased high thread count sateen sheets before that were very expensive. These sheets are just as nice, if not better. Because the higher thread count makes the sheets more dense, they are thicker and heavier ( some would say 'harder', not as soft) than regular percale or other types of material. Speaking from previous experience, over time and multiple washings these sheets will get softer but maintain their luxurious feel. I purchased the dark gray in the queen size. I LOVE them! Yes, they wrinkle a bit, but not horribly. They're sewn well, no obvious defects of any kind They fit my medium profile mattress just fine. I got the gray sheets in split king, and washed them before I put them on the bed. They are soft, smooth and luxurious. They are also very thick, so they should last for a very long time. I would absolutely buy these sheets again!

The specs for my new Winkbeds mattress says it's 13.5" deep, yet the fitted sheet is not quite deep enough to tuck all the way under on the sides. Either Winkbeds is lying, or these sheets aren't 16" deep. A little bummed, because the sheets are SO soft and I really enjoy sleeping on them. I'm just sad that when it comes time to get a new set of sheets I'll have to look elsewhere for a set with deeper pockets. ... show more

It has only taken me 12 years and numerous sheet sets to finally find the sheets that are perfect!!! These sheets are soft right from the get go. They fit our queen size bed better than any other sheet. The best part is the top sheet actually hangs far enough over the edge on both sides that we have enough sheet to stay covered all night. Even my husband told me, "you have to order another set"...not only that, he wants them for the beach house as well. They are crisp yet soft and the white is so clean looking. I love everything about these sheets! They are very soft and durable. The elastic on the fitted sheet is perfect. Our mattress is more of a pad - half the depth of a conventional mattress. The bottom sheet stays in place! Love the tag on the fitted sheet showing the head/toe end of the sheet. Folks who own regular King beds will understand and love that little touch. Having washed the sheets a few times, I can say that the sheets are still like brand new. They wash up beautifully. They're still soft with no pilling/balling up like other brands I've purchased in the past. Now that I know that these are quality sheets, I will be purchasing more. What a bargain too! ... show more

I have had really bad luck buying sheets online but these are absolutely amazing! I needed a split king for a new adjustable bed and was having a difficult time finding options. I gave these a try because it was a good price and I was not disappointed. They are very soft but not silky slippery. They are well made and look like they will be very durable. I've had several sheet sets that have ripped easily and I don't think these will be one. there's elastic all around the edging of the fitted sheet so it conforms well to the mattress. I also like that the top and bottom of the fitted sheet have a small tag that tells you that it can fit the head or the foot because I'm one of those people that's always putting the corner on the wrong spot! The split King came with two pillowcases but we have four or five pillows on our bed so I wanted an extra set of pillowcases. I do wish they would sell pillowcases separately but they didn't so I stuck with the same brand but chose the 600 thread count pillowcase set because those were sold separately. They are almost as good, though not quite, as this 800 thread count set. I would definitely buy these sheets again! ... show more

These sheets are so much better than I expected!! Great quality, heavy yet soft. I think these will get even better over time. They fit well and the rubber around the elastic band keeps sheets on when you adjust the bed, that is if you have an adjustable base. A little stiff and wrinkly after first wash but they softens up once you sleep I’m them. I love them and will definitely be buying more for this price!!! No complaints! ... show more
