I did a lot of searching, comparing and looking at reviews before ordering these. So the positives are: for just over $10 each these are a great buy, the color is true to the picture and they appear to be well made. But they are not extra long which is what I thought they were going to be, and they're not loose unless you're comparing it to a fitted shirt - in other words they don't cling to your body but they are not extra loose so if you're looking for a loose over shirt this is not it. in fact it fits exactly like it's showing on the model I would say. We all know, however, that looking at reviews is sometimes much more accurate than looking at the posting pictures. Judging by reviews of people my approximate size, I sized up. I think that was a mistake. I normally wear a 1x if I don't mind something fitted or snug, so I normally go up to a 2X with things like shirts that I want to have a little extra room in or jackets. Based on some of the reviews I actually went to a 3X on this item. I think a 2X probably would have been better but I'm not going to return these because they were a good buy and if I get the 2x it might be a couple inches shorter and I really like the length because I do have that apple shape with the hangover tummy and I want to make sure that pooch is covered. Compared to the other 3x racerback that I already own, which is in one of my pics, these are definitely just a semi-racer back and the underarm comes up quite high compared to most typical racerbacks. I think if you were a small person and ordered a small size the underarm on this would be a little high if you wanted to show off your racerback sports bra for instance. For me I think usually an oversized racerback gym top should show off your cute racerback sports bra a little. These aren't going to do that. Also this 3x does fit snug across the widest part of my stomach, which I think is around 45 in without having to stretch and then it falls down a little and is not tight across my lower stomach or hips and falls to about mid hip. So it's definitely not extra long it's just longer than sports tops that typically hit at the waist. So it is more or less what I was expecting except the underarm coming up higher than typical means that it's super loose and either will drape under my arm or I'll have to take it in with a sewing machine. But overall I'm happy with these and I think it's just what I was looking for, something to cover the tummy and that can be worn under a hoodie or by itself that doesn't hug my body and show off all my unwanted curves. I was actually small all my life so this being a big girl thing is kind of new for me and typically when I see something that says plus size I expect it to be made for people who are overweight (like Brooke Elliot) not made for people who are just naturally big (like Janet Reno). I would say these tops are made for people who are just naturally big because they do have the wide shoulder and super wide underarm area. If you have a very large bra size you might really like these. For me, I'm 5'4 and my bust is about a 42c. So I'm a true apple shape right now. To be honest, if I knew what I know now I probably would not have ordered these. But for the price I am going to keep them and use them. However if you're like me and you were looking for a true oversized shirt which is still normal size in the shoulder & underarm but had extra fabric around the middle and to cover your butt, this is not the shirt. ... show more

I'm giving this tank 3 stars. The fabric is rather thick for an actual workout tank but it's soft and comfy and I didn't buy it for workouts tbh. The color is true to the photos. It's a comfortable tank but it has a very noticeable loose and saggy puckering up spot under the armpit area and it does not look good. I always wear an overshirt to hide my fat arms haha so that won't stop me from wearing it. I ordered 3 of these so maybe it's just this particular shirt,I have not tried on the others yet. For anyone else that just wants to wear this all by itself I don't recommend. The bagginess under the arms is quite noticeable. ... show more

This is a nice top. I bought it because of length. I am a senior, not skinny. My height is 5’6”, about 20lbs overweight, carry most of my weight in lower abs and hips. Good coverage. The 2x size is a little large on top, but will have good coverage with a sport bra. Happy with my purchase
