The quality of the material is very nice and well made, the zippers w ok rk smooth an easy to use. the color is really nice. The inside of the cue holder compartments are lined with something I don't know if it's felt or what but the cues are protected inside the case. And the cues do fit nice. The storage on it is ok, could be a little wider but it does for a 5 Q claw cue holder without putting a lot of pressure on the zipper. The shoulder strap is basic no cushion or anything but with cues and stuff it's not a lot of weight so it works just fine.
